We do our very best to find, sell and ship products that you love. Sometmes though, crap happens and it is out of our hands. As a rule, we carefully package your item with the greatest care and ship as soon as possible-we do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, the item(s)can be returned to us at your cost and a discussion of a refund can begin. Any social media comments, positive or negative, made before this discussion will void our ability to resolve your issue. We simply want the opportunity to address any concerns and satisfy our customers. 

Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your product and its packaging.  We spend a great deal of time securing, packing and sealing your item(s).  The cost to ship  is out of our hands. We normally use the USPS and hope for careful handling. If you desire a different service, please contact us and we will check the cost and confirm your decision.
